I submitted one email request for lack of service. The only thing I received was automated acknowledgement of email. On Friday, 5 Feb, I called an tech was very helpful but unable to resolve issue due to problem above his level. I waited until Tuesday am to call again and complain about lack of service. Tech while helpful acknowledged existence of trouble but unable correct issue. 4 days without resolution is totally unacceptable. This type of service in the business world would result in an early demise of that business.

We were having problems with the internet yesterday for several hours and called Tengo to get help. There were three different men that just told us the signal wasn't strong enough to go through the RV walls. We called again and got Alexis - what a difference. She changed the frequency on the pole closest to us and everything worked great. Thank you to Alexis for taking the time to figure out our problem!

We signed on for Internet service expecting minimal speed. It worked reasonably on the laptop, but wouldn't connect on the Smart TV. I sent a request for assistance and the next day received a phone call . He already knew my problem and walked me through a quick solution and waited while we confirmed the success of his instructions. I also noted the SPEED of the feed. 100% happy with service and the "customer service tech". First class for sure.
