"Customer Support non existant and performance mediocre"
Customer Support - if you can get hold of them. Tried to call them multiple times on multi days different time. Call disconnects after 20 minutes "no agent available".
Tickets are not responded to and when you are able to resolve the problem yourself, they do respond with a "request to rate support". The website: "This request is now closed.Unfortunately, that means the ticket can no longer be rated."
I purchased a monthly plan at an RV site for 20Mbps (up and down) - sometimes I can get 10Mpbs, most of the time 5-7.5Mbps.....

"The old 1990’s screeching dial up…"
The old 1990’s screeching dial up internet worked at light speed compared to ten-no-go at the Lost Dutchman MH park in Apache Junction. Often won’t connect, it freezes, and my 20 mpbs is often below one, seldom above 4. Complaints supposedly get escalated, but nothing happens. The agent can’t even connect you to a supervisor (or won’t). Taking Tengointernet’s customer calls has to be the worst job ever. Many in our park, as well as in two adjoining parks have been calling and complaining regularly. All promises, no action. With all the negative comments, if Tengointernet cared about customers at all this problem would be fixed.

The person who helped me was professional, courteous and helpful. It took a couple of hours for someone to call me back, but when we connected he was able to talk me through the issue and get my devices connected properly.

TengoInternet took my MAC numbers for my devices and entered them into the network at my RV Resort so I could use my devices. Quick turnaround and very polite and helpful. 5 Stars for Customer Service. However, the internet is very slow. But, perhaps the RV Resort needs to pay for more bandwith and speed, considering our rent is higher than RV Parks.

Abeni tried to be helpful but not particularly proactive; just recited prior tickets still open, from long ago; which apparently leads to the still consistent internet failures.
Her comments said I was unhappy with the park, which I am, but I am also unhappy with Tenginternet because escalated tickets go nowhere, have no status and never get fixed.
You have nodes/dishes/towers that your own folks watch go up and down, off..then back up - there is a problem. Solution? We made a ticket to escalate...thanks and bye. Well, no one does anything with the ticket and the issues still exist daily. Strangely, after I call, they check the nodes and "look into them", "reboot" them or whatever, things work great for a few hours.
I realize Tengointernet wants totally unencumbered income and no expense but that's not the way this should work. You need to take care of your business and keep you equipment operational. I'm assuming that is in the contract with the owner of the country club and I will investigate.

Just signed up. Had to call in as had a problem getting connected. Connection is a little slow so far but will see how stable it is and if it meets our needs.
The agent was knowledgeable and courteous.

"Useless WiFi"
Useless WiFi. Slow speeds if you can stay connected for more than five minutes. It's unfortunate that they've hoodwinked so many RV parks into paying for their poor service.

"Nice People, Horrible Product!"
I've had horrible speeds the last 6 weeks or so and doesn't justify the price I pay. The guys I spoke with were professional and spent a long time trying to figure out my connection issues. Tengo is the ONLY option for my family and when I can't rely on the company to give me the service I'm already paying too much for, I feel cheated. I don't blame the guys I talked to, just the horrible connection. Still isn't fixed.
I feel like I have to pack up and relocated my RV and I don't want too.
