"Very low signal from the tower."

I called Tengo because I needed help to connect my tablet. I'm not very technically oriented and the phone tech tried his best to help me. Unfortunately, the issue of a weak signal from a tower less than 80 feet from my house is the problem, not the phone tech. I can not make a conference call using wi-fi because the signal is so weak. I have to step outside my house to make a phone call because people can't hear me because of the weak signal inside. I often can't use Firestick TV because the signal variations. I can't download information on my computer because the signal is too weak. I've called several different times and I'm always told that they will reset or re-aim something on the tower and it MAY help alleviate the problem, but it's usually only a stop gap remedy. Very disappointing.

"Russell was a great help this morning"

Russell was a great help this morning. While the Tampa East RV resort was having problems with internet over the past 4 days, by sheer coincidence our personal residential account had also expired. Russell is the only one who caught that. We’re happy campers again thanks to his catch. We’d like to strongly recommend Tengonet send text or email reminders when customers are nearing their account renewal date. It’ll save your customers (and your frontline workers!) a great deal of stress. Again, THANKS, RUSSELL!

"Within 5 minutes, he had us going on both tv's..."

I was very frustrated trying to get on the internet on my computer and with trying to watch tv. We were getting all kinds of error messages from Hulu, Netflix, Vudu, and the other channels, it was crazy. At 6:40 every evening we were completely cut off. Why? I have no idea. I am not an IT person. Anyway, the rep who helped me was great. Within 5 minutes, he had us going on both tv's and helped with my computer. I don't remember his name, but I want to thank him. During this period of isolation with Covid19, not being able to see family and friends, about the only thing to look forward to is ones favorite tv show. So, Thank you.

"I go the help I was looking for and needed."

This was my second call on this problem, but I got the help I needed. The first customer rep was knowledgeable about networks and wifi and acknowledged that I had above average knowledge and did not blow me off. We tried several possible solutions and when that did not work he escalated my problem to his supervisor who called me back in about five minutes. Gabe the supervisor stayed on the line with until we get the problem solved. That's was tech support is all about, staying with the customer until you have the problem fixed. That's what happened today, I got what I needed.

"Russell Exceeded our Expectations in…"

Russell Exceeded our Expectations in customer service. We were having internet issues and Russell was our third contact and by far the best Customer Service Rep who actually Resolved the issues. He was professional with patience throughout the process figuring what the issue was, which he did! Not only was he noted as Outstanding resolving the issues but actually called back to follow up and see that we were happy. Extremely knowledgeable and we want to Thank him. Actually when I called this time I intended to just cancel the service, but didn’t need to.

I received very good service from all support persons I talked with, but the connection never got to work, still inestable, not working as I need it, before I paid for your service I had better sign than after I paid. This is afecto y my day work where I need internet all time and not going off - on all time with a weak signal.
