I sent in a text message And total and that my Internet was not working and with an hour we had somebody out here to fix it very pleased with the service keep up the great work

"Unstable WIFI"
I advised the agent that the wifi at the campground did not work during the 2 days I purchased. The service was unstabble and I kept getting kicked off during an important zoom meeting on Sunday. (I had to use my phone hotspot to continue the meeting.) I was expecting a full refund of my $6.57 because I was not able to use the wifi.

When I called it in the service representative was very respectful and helpful. He figured the problem out quickly and put in a work order ticket. I have used this service for several years now. 1 prior year it was so bad they actually refunded my money. However the past couple of years the service has been fairly good for the most part. Most recent inquiry was that we had a connection but no Intranet. Called it in on July 4th 2020. As of this morning 9 a.m. July 5th 2020 it has not been repaired. Could be because of the holiday weekend. Hopefully it will be repaired soon.

I had trouble connecting with customer service but when I finally did all my issues were resolved and all my questions answered. Although my download speed is less than they said I would get, it is still sufficient to stream Netflix and Prime and I don’t have trouble surfing the web.

I was on at least 3 phone calls for my problem of hooking up my new Sony Blue Ray player to the Internet. I can't necessarily fault the customer service reps who tried to help me, I am still unsuccessful in getting the internet connection. I would not that my android and smart TV did get connected but NOT the Blue Ray player.

"It’s a scam!!!!!"
This is a joke and a total waste of money. Don’t sign up for it because it doesn’t work and there is absolutely no tech-support. I emailed them five times and got stupid responses from a generic computer initiated service.
