I have read a lot of reviews about tengointernet. Thought I might get answers to my issue. I paid $150 to have them install private wifi then paid another $70 for 1 month of service. I had service for 1 day and nothing since. I see a lot of good reviews about customer service and none about actual service. In fact the reviews about network reliability are terrible. Concentrate more on providing the service you advertise and customer support won't be the only good reviews you get.

After several speed tests at different times of your network, the result has consistently been "very slow". I have the choice to pay $20/month after a week free trial. I need the internet for my job and you are the only choice.

My stay at a KOA park was extended past 30 days, so my internet access expired. My technician was able to extend my current access so I didn’t have to enter anything new. It was a quick fix and I was up and running in a matter of minutes. Super happy!

No service yesterday, today at 6 a.m. still no service. Called and rep sounded like I woke her up. She was nice but said nothing she could do as service to my street was out. She'd forward to Tier2. It's now 1:26 and still no service. I've had to go to a friend's home to send in this review.

Wish I could give 0 stars service is total trash, website sucks, customer service is beyond trash. Do not give them a cent they overcharged for the worst internet service known to man on the face of this planet.
