"Tango internet is almost always your…"

Tango internet is almost always your internet service provider when you are staying in an RV park. Each year when we pull in for the winter I get my router set up and them I call them to see when the access point was last reset. Usually if your internet is slow that is one of the reasons.
They worked on a couple of items including the access point and greatly improved the signal. They did not give up until the issue was resolved. Great work. Thanks for calling me back until we could get this resolved!

I am doing 2 reviews in one - Your tech folks, especially Lizette Ortiz have been wonderful. I truly appreciated their assistance each and every time I contacted you to try to resolve an issue. They listened and immediately tried to solve the issue of the moment.

As far as the TengoInternet … sorry, but after a little over a year, it is horrendous. Watching, downloading, uploading files is so slow, almost impossible at times that I have had to resort to using my iPhone as a personal hot spot (numerous times). So much so that I concluded that I might as well - just use my phone. Why pay for a service that is slower than my phone.

So thank you to your tech folks for always being there for me (and as you know, I called a-lot. But I must say - goodbye to TengoInternet.

"Great Support"

In the last 12 years I have not received as much Support as I now have this year with Dave. My issues were addressed in a timely and thorough manner. He really seems to care about what is going on here regarding the wifi.

The customer service that was provide was above what would be normal. My rep stayed in contact, and tried everything in his current power, kept me a breast of what was happening all the way through the trouble shoot. He was unable at that time to correct my problem and had to pass it on. To my great surprise it was fixed sooner than I had expected. They then called to ensure there was good connection and to see if there was anything they could do.
In all there has been no better follow up and keeping me in the loop right up to the repair. Thanks
