We had to use the service as it was the only WiFi available and were quite happy with the service overall. The signal was good all over the Creekfire Resort. Our only issue was the only service offered required daily re-authorization. When your 24 hours were up, it's up. Not at a specific time but 24 hours.

Had to call service because we did't remember our passwords. Excellent, prompt responses.

Being able to connect to the internet is important for everyone. I wa staying in an area where I could not connect and I called TengoInternet and the agent I talked with (Abeni).

She was not only helpful, but she was a joy to deal with, and solved the problem within minutes.

Unusual to be able EVEN talk with someone, let alone someone that was easy to understand, but solved the problem.

I can not express how grateful I am to have been assisted by such an intelligent and thoughtful genuine employee Gabe Cordova. He continued to help with an ongoing problem for several weeks. He was always pleasant and consistent with his follow up to ensure the problems my business was incurring were resolved. I wish my employees were as professional and insightful as Gabe. He deserves all the accolades possible (and a raise :) lol) and please thank him for me personally. I do sincerely hope you appreciate his efforts his service was stellar and in this day and age that is rare.

"Problematic site"

In the last few weeks, we were having trouble with a specific site at our park. We called the hotline and were connected to Narsa. I wanted to tell you she is first class. She did not just reset the server, but helped us diagnose each device in this specific site. I will ask for her in the future.

Had sporadic internet the last 4 days and now no internet. Contacted Rv park office and they gave me the # for Tengo Internet I talked to Gabriel Cordova. After he determined where I was in Rv park said that he would get back to me after he checked tower diagnostics. After 15 minutes I again had WiFi. Great technical service and customer support

In his message he told us we were to expect another call to resolve our issue.
When he did reach my wife he set us up on the WIFI service quickly.
