Had many issues from the start. From getting signed up, to installation and slow speeds after installation. After many calls and lots of frustration I finally got what I was looking for. I have to say if I had other options I would not be using this service. But because they are the only game in town I put up with all the hassles. Now that all issues have been rectified I am very happy with the service provided.

She is professional, competent, and very knowledgeable. She always takes care of our issues quickly. We are very happy with our Tengo internet service and their great team of professionals.

The service works fine, when there is service, but it is intermittent; best in the middle of the night; very early morning and very late at night.

Help line was very good. But I wish didn’t need to call it. Had trouble logging in and could not reset the password.
Separately, in order for a customer to reset a password, there should not be a ridiculous form with first last names, phone number and zip code to fill out. Only an email address should be needed! (Like any other account anywhere else.)

I had a tremendous customer service experience this afternoon with Ronny Bojorge. It was the anniversary of my initial Tengo Internet sign-up and for some reason it was requiring me to log-in/and change my password. I was furious … I was in the middle of trying to get some work done and I thought you’d locked me out by mistake so I called support.
I got Ronny on the phone and he couldn’t figure out why, neither could I why I couldn’t get on … and no matter what Password I tried (new ones) it wouldn’t give me access. Then Ronny tried numerous times on his end and was successful in getting me up and running.

Then it also occurred to me that when I first joined there was a message that said at the end of and start of a new year a new password would be required. I forgot that … and quite frankly its really not necessary and a huge pain. However …… that being said … Ronny was an incredible customer support rep he saved the day.
Bravo to Ronny and for Tengointernet for having him on your team.
