Your customer service employees are very helpful.....but the wi-fi service sucks! We bought the $12 8 Mbps, but found out the 25 Mbps customers get services first. So, we upgraded to 25, and it has never worked right. I have called customer service 6 times and now the wi-fi box that provides our site is out. The customer service person I spoke to last night dropped the ball and didn't turn in a work order to fix it. I called again and she put one in and 4 hours later we still don't have service.

The support is excellent but for the service up at pleasant hills campground in pa is terrible I paid for service at site H7 for 9 days and we had to keep putting it on it should stay on all the time for the 9 days not having to constantly checking your phone iPad tv and clicking on it to have service and every time I put my phone down and pick it up the internet is off!!! This should be corrected!!

I HAVE HAD YOUR SERVICE FOR 1 YEAR AND 1 MONTH. LAST YEAR WASNT SO BAD. BUT FOR THE FIRST MONTH OF THIS SEASON IT IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, I HAVE NO INTERENT MOST OF THE TIME. WHEN I CALL I AM TOLD THE SIGNAL IS WEAK AND THEY CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I AM BETWEEN 3 RECEIVERS SO I AM TOTALLY BAFFALED BY THIS. I WAS ABLE TO WORK FROM HOME DURING THIS TIME BUT NOW THANKS TO THIS INTERNET IT IS BACK TO THE OFFICE FOR ME. I WAS SO UNHAPPY WITH THIS THAT I NOW CANCELLED BY 3 MONTH SUBSCRIPTION. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. OH ALSO,THEY JUST GOT A SECOND SATELLITE INSTALLED AT OUR CAMPGROUND AND IT IS WORSE THEN IT WAS IN THE PAST.

We have had the tengointernet for the last 9 monthes. For the majority of the 9 monthes, we have NOT had any internet at all and a trickle of wifi on the best of days. Most of the time, you can actually watch the wifi bouncing around by all the blinking blue lights that indicate wifi when it is NOT blinking. If by chance, we manage to connect to wifi, it is worse than slow, and does not hold a zoom connection while I am teaching. When I called, the "service" person said that the line was disconnected. I already knew that. That is why I called. When I asked when it would be RE-connected, I was told there is no reconnection date at this time. So I will continue teaching with my cell hotspot. That service call was a waste of my time and energy.

Tengointernet works great when we are at our winter place in Florida. The agent was successful and helpful in putting our service on hold till we go back in the fall.
