Very good communication and advice that isn't a hard sell. Received my kayak today. Very well wrapped! They fitted fishing accessories for me free of charge and were very helpful with updates along the way. Strongly recommend. It is the third kayak we have bought from them.

I have been looking for the right snowboard pants for AGES (years?) and am absolutely delighted both with the Volcom snow pants I found in this store and the shopping experience with, as well as the excellent price. Buying online can be really hard, always feels like a bit of a risk, but the gear is exactly as described, it was so fast and easy to order, and I am just so happy I found them. Thank you. Very happy.

I recently purchased a (Shore Essentials Waterproof Hooded Changing Robe) From Shore and their service could not have been any better. Unfortunately I purchased a size too big but they where brilliant..!! Easy to return and in no time at all I received a size smaller which is perfect. So nice to have a hassle free purchase and very quick..!! I highly recommend this company..!! Thank You..!!

"I ordered some flip flops and was…"

I ordered some flip flops and was advised a delivery date but they failed to arrive.
I had my holiday and contacted Shore who advised the parcel was delivered and sent me photos. Needless to say it wasn't our door.
They advised there was no doir number on the order but the delivery driver still delivered it somewhere.
I was asked if I.d contacted the courier which I have not. I don't employ them so I have now emailed again to ask Shore to liaise with the courier or provide me with a refund.
