"Do Not Expect Any Help"
This review was going to get one star, but since the item finally arrived a week late I added another star. Do not expect any customer service whatsoever if you purchase from DecorativePlumbingPros. They do not answer any correspondence from any of their posted methods of contact.
My package was stuck in a loop with the USPS and I needed help getting it out. Since DPP sent the package, it's easier for them to deal with shipping issues that origniate with them, so I sent email, I filled out the form on their site, I called, and received absolutely nothing in response. Dead silence. I wondered if I would ever receive the piece that I needed to finish my bathroom due to thier lack of customer service.
My persistence with the USPS paid off and the package was delivered a week after it was supposed to arrive. Anyone who has done any kind of large renovation knows how dealing with contractors and late items can be. It's stressful and a time when you need your trading partners to be there for you with great customer service. DecorativePlumbingPros was nowhere to be found.
