Waiting on parts with no ETA
I ordered 2 Dynamo Hydropower Generators for some auto faucets. I paid for the parts and received a confirmation, but never received an email stating when it would ship. I have been waiting several weeks and still have not gotten an update. If someone could let me know when I would be getting these parts I would appreciate it.

These ballast look all scratched up on the outer metal case. They don’t look brand new. They look as used ballasts.
Hoping they will work after installation and last as it should.

They had a hard-to-find product in stock. It was shipped in a timely fashion, and they responded to my email querying its status. Four stars instead of five since they didn’t proactively provide the ship date and status. I would do business with them again.

"The order process was quick doing it…"

The order process was quick doing it online. But when I called to find out when the cartridge would be delivered, they said they needed to talk to me about verifying my order. So that was done on Thursday. On Monday they left a message wanting to talk to me about verifying my order, again. It was straightened out and we received the cartridge about five days later. Not a huge problem, but their software needs to be cleaned up.
