Have been using Arthur now for a few years and the experience in trying to get hold of someone to help with queries is practically non existent, no phone lines to speak with a human. Recently the system has calculated 3 months of rent for the same period so when a report is run it seems that the tenant is in arrears which is not the case, and we are still waiting for this problem to be resolved. The reply we are getting from support is: Still running scripts. There are multiple scenarios to be considered which is why its taking longer than expected. This is not good enough as I have landlords to pay and is holding me back from processing this. If I hadn't have noticed this then Arthur would not have acknowledged it. Would I recommend Arthur - NO
