Horrible software from the a tenants point of view. The managing agent has deleted most of the correspondence I had through Arthur to make themselves look good. Be aware of this con this software shouldnt be used to communicate with the landlords or agents as they can delete their communication without warning.

The email notifications do not always contain the messages so what you are saying is not true. You are basically allowing agents to bully tenants and then they can delete whole conversations. I have half of my messages being deleted by the agents and they dont show up in email notifications either. This app only serves a dodgy landlord/agent

"Awful Arthur "
The nonchalant attitude by Arthur to resolve serious issues is a disgrace and extremely infuriating.
I have had no meaningful update or advice on how I can get through a serious issue with their Bank Feed duplicating transaction lines!
The current serious issue was reported by me on Monday Morning and others on Friday. I am writing this on Wednesday afternoon after no response to any of my emails today asking for an update.
They have so far not informed me of their complaints procedure despite asking for this on Monday and they have also not informed me who is in charge at Arthur.
There are constant issues with the system which I generally learn to live with because trying to get anything resolved is horrific.

"awful property sofware"
we where forced to move to Arthur as our old property software company where bought out by them, there is nothing but problems, system crashing, slow downs making it useable for almost two weeks, unexpected errors for filing uploads. Their support team is the worst i have ever seen. We will be moving again once we source another provider, regardless of the time/costs involved. DO NOT GO WITH THESE GUYS

We have been using Arthur for over a 16 months now, it took time and a lot effort to migrate to the new software at the time.
We had some bugs and issues in the beginning but we thought it was teething problems however 18 months later this continues more so within the finicial On a daily occurrence the system crashes and the system just works awfully slow.
It is like a gamble logging in, not knowing if you would be able to work today or not. Producing statement and finicial information to landlords is another massive issue, duplicating payments and landlords within various bugs. Unable to provide the correct reports without faults or bugs.
This system is not reliable, as fair as there statement 'award-winning property management software designed to save your business time and money by streamlining each stage' this is simple untrue and misleading. I would not recommend using this software system as it causes you more problem within your property business and poor customer service to your clients.
