"System inaccessible again"
For the second time this year the entire system is down and inaccessible. We cannot access any documents, information, contacts. There has been no communication from the Arthur team to let customers know what is going on. Today alone, they have lost me 8 new tenants and prevented us from accessing documents from court. There is nothing we can do about it, no work around.

Made an awful mistake of signing up to this software without reading any reviews.
-The system constantly has bugs so the functionality is unreliable.
-Has a mind of its own and we loose messages and documents.
-Poor support and can’t talk to anyone
-Unreliable financial functionality.
-Tenant, Landlord & Contact Apps are clunky and message function is terrible.
Overall very difficult to run a business on this system, avoid at all costs.

He responds quickly and with details of exactly how to do something sharing videos and screenshots. He is very knowledgeable I am very grateful for all his advice as we start our property management journey with Arthur!

"Support extremely poor, would not recommend"
The platform itself seems to very popular, hence why we chose it. Since investing our time into the tool we have not been able to get things fully setup. we have requested support from Arthur but they are disorganised and lack structure and no progress has been made for months. We paid for a bespoke invoice to be created, we have been waiting months and have not received anything and no one seems to be able to take ownership for our support, even after escalating the issue. If we were not so invested in this tool, I would switch to another provider. The support for a business critical tool like Arthur needs to be excellent. its not and its impacting our business growth and efficiency. Very dissapointed with the support we have been given.

"This app seems biased towards landlords…"
This app seems biased towards landlords and questionable agencies. When you file a complaint, you get an automated email. However, if the other party responds, you only get an email containing their reply. You don't receive the entire conversation, which is problematic, especially when you need evidence of the discussions.
You should change that!
