Awful. Their platform is not working for weeks now and i cannot have acces to my documents and deposits. Their client service and hep desk is non-existent. No phone number to call...
Following a helpful explanation by Arthur, i am happy to change my review. But i still advise the site to have a phone line available so customers can directly get in touch and seek help. Their help desk is useless in my opinion.

Thank you to Kevin for his help with setting up custom reports. The Arthur report writer is not as flexible as we might like but Kevin is always helpful and has been reliable in getting reporting issues resolved using custom reports.

"Really clunky software"
Really clunky software, incredibly hard to use and to learn. The staff just try to upsell you for £600 trainings just so you can learn how to use the software. Honestly, even simple spreadsheets to track tenants, deposit etc is faster to do. I have requested a refund of £381.57, and to cancel my subscription. If I get a refund, I will remove my review.

"System down again - They dont care"
System down again. No support available. They dont care. No support to call anymore. They have become a joke.
For the avoidance of doubt. Ive been a user since they formed. When the founder Mark was available on the phone. Then they shut the phones. Despite me paying for phone access.
System is down or sooooooo slow more than it works now. Cant see them surviving much longer.
