The service was very simple, the program is quite easy to understand. The agent we were in contact with was also very understanding, friendly and simplified the service for us with his suggestions, and was very prompt with answering our questions. The pick-up of the vehicle was also very easy and quick.

Ich habe ein Mietwagen über check24 ohne Selbstbeteiligung (durch Rückerstattung) bei Orbit Care Hire gemietet. Leider hatte ich im Urlaub dann einen Wildunfall, der aber den Versicherungsbedingungen entsprechend abgedeckt ist. Keine Schäden am Glas, Dach, Reifen, etc. Der Unfall wurde der Polizei und Mietwagenvermietung umgehend gemeldet. Alles richtig gemacht... Trotz Einreichung aller notwendigen Dokumente für die Schadenbearbeitung und der Rückerstattung meiner aktuellen Selbstbeteiligung, passt NICHTS. Ich warte nun seit 2 Monaten auf die Rückerstattung von über 3300€. Trotz Nachfragen von Check24 gibt es keine Rückmeldung.
