Jest ok, wysyłka ładnie zapakowana, trochę długi czas pakowania. Duże koszty przesyłki plus VAT, na szczęście bez cła bo zakup elektroniki. Także produkty może i tanie ale sprowadzenie tego plus opłacenie VAT wiąże się z wydatkami sięgającymi połowy zamówienia.

Everything went smoothly, from the purchase until delivery. Its so easy to buy and the best is customer service, had a slight problem in shipping and they helped immediately to solve the problem. Item was delivered at my doorstep, packaged well, securely and no damages. Thank you Zenmarket

"Good care, few issues"
I had somewhat of a difficult time using the application, but liked the help the customer service provides and learned how the website works. Thrilled to get items I wanted to purchase at a good price. Still, I had a couple issues that soured my experience.
First issue has to be multiple items that were cancelled being sent. Bummed me a bit, and I was fine not receiving them until I saw I wasn’t refunded the shipping I paid for those items. Lost around 2k Yen and was only refunded the items canceled and not the fees around them.
Last issue which is my biggest gripe is the shipping fee. I disliked I couldn’t see how much shipping would cost while creating the Parcels. Would’ve loved to know as I would’ve been completely fine choosing the longest option for cheap. I chose UPS for the width of the box as I was scared the size of my product wouldn’t fit the other options. Big mistake as shipping cost me around 11k Yen.
Overall I spent more than I wanted and sad items canceled on me without delivery refunded on those. Loved the service, products and my package was completely safe and kept at perfect condition. I hope some changes can be made to prevent someone having the same experience as me. I already paid for everything so unfortunately I have to take the loss and move on.

Non è la prima recensione che faccio per ZenMarket, ma è la prima nella mia lingua.
Non ho mai avuto problemi o preoccupazioni scegliendo questo proxy (che è anche molto semplice da usare e offre svariate promozioni a seconda del periodo), e dal 2022 ho acquistato libri e oggettistica da Mandarake, Melonbooks, Mercari, Surugaya e Toranoana.
Il mio ultimo ordine è arrivato ieri.
Grazie davvero per la cura che mettete sempre nella gestione degli articoli e nell'imballaggio.
