Avoid this dodgy furniture shop!
It took them 6 weeks to deliver the wrong colour bed. They gave the wrong amount of bolts, no feet on the bed, the actual picture of the bed was nothing compared to what we got. Customer service is so bad they will never answer calls. I emailed them 2 weeks ago the day after bed arrived to tell them the bed is the wrong colour they still have not replied back to my email. I told the delivery guys the bed is the wrong colour, he answers with it matches your house. Do not buy from here. I asked for assembly service and they said this wasn’t available but on the website it says it needs to be assembled by professionals. Best stick to Dreams next time!! I wish I had read the reviews before buying.

I liked the look of the 3 seater Andalusia grey sofa and was drawn to it even more because it states that it’s 100% genuine leather and the reduced price that it was on offer for in their sale and also the further 10% discount for Black Friday. As I’m disabled I needed to have the premium delivery service and paid an extra £30 for this which I considered a reasonable delivery charge. Because I wanted the premium delivery I had to place the order over the phone and couldn’t do it online per the guidelines on their website. I ordered it on Monday just a few minutes before they closed but I wasn’t sure when they were going to end their Black Friday discount. Luckily my call was answered and the operator ended up still speaking to me after their closing time. The sofa was delivered on Friday and the men unpacked it and assembled it in front of me and they got me to sit on it and try the reclining function on it and made sure I was happy before they left. I used to buy my furniture from another company but if Furco keep this great service and prices I would always shop with them in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

I wish I had read these reviews first. Unfortunately its the same old story. They take your money, they don't answer their whatsapp, they do not respond to emails and do not answer their phone lines.
Complete scam - avoid like the plague.

I bought a leather corner sofa with cupholders. The purchase went smoothly. Within a month, the sofa started falling apart; I called the aftercare team no one picked up; after being persistent, I finally got through; I was instructed to use the email address and send photos after doing the same. I received an email stating,” Thank you for your email
I’m sorry that this has happened to you. I will contact the manufacturers and include these images. We will get back to you as soon as possible when we’ve received more information.

Aftercare”. Call again only to be told that manufacturers will get back to me. Trying calling again no respond. Please customer be aware buying is easy but if damages occur, you will waiting for them to rectify the problem or probably not. Still waiting will update further/ actions I will take.
