However, we share emails addresses, so when I placed my order a had the option to change the email address, so I changed to my work email. This has screwed up your system. It never showed up on my order history. Thankfully I was getting emails about my order progress, but I couldn't relax until it arrived. Kinda of spoils my experience with you. I'll think twice before placing a order again. It still doesn't show up on my order history.

Thanks for the quick response to my review. I get it, that's how your system works. If I create a new account with the alt email, will I see my order history?

Spend your money where you a company appreciates your business. Blue Nile does not. They can’t even return a phone call. My husband has s still waiting for a return call from 2 weeks ago. We gave found the exact same ring where and the company values our business. Not only until they received our money.

My bracelet arrived broken so I returned it for replacement but Blue Nile said they didn’t have any more to replace it with. Not even the option to fix it. Took 2 weeks to get the refund. Alister was very nice and helpful, however, so he gets a 5 star rating.
