The wedding band for my fiancé is perfect. Just what he wanted. While I did have quite a few questions and shipping mishaps (more so on my end), the process was great. Ann, a Diamond Expert, was so helpful and patient with all of my emails. The Customer Service really made my experience so much better. Shipping really didn’t take too long overall. I would buy online from Blue Nile.

Marcus Chapa was my personal jeweler, he did a phenomenal job introducing the product of Blue Nile and the step by step process! He got to know me and my wife as we picked out rings. I’ll say this… all the other brands of Kay jewelers, Jared etc did nothing for my wife and me, just show us a ring and the price tag, however at Blue Nile, Marcus went into detail and went through every style he had to offer. I am not into jewelry like that but Marcus changed my mind and I’ll go to him for all future purchases!

Cute tiny earrings, didn’t realise they were so tiny. Don’t know if they are genuine since there wasn’t any certificate of authenticity. The backs were very difficult to get in and out. It’s better to see the actual jewellery in person
