"Still waiting "
I ordered my classic gold wedding ring 2 months ago and I’m still waiting. It took two weeks when I initially ordered the ring and the size I ordered was too small. I returned the ring via Blue Nile store for a bigger size hoping to get it sooner, but they told me another month. I’m still waiting.
I also do not like the fact that I have to sign for the delivery. I work in medicine and I’m never home to sign for the delivery which adds more time.
Next time I’ll just go to a regular jewelry store and buy on site.

I received very good service before the sale. I had many questions about diamond selection and the buying process. The pendant necklace was delivered on time. My only complaint was that the clasp on the necklace I selected is too small for the setting and the clasp get caught/stuck in the diamond’s setting. I have contacted Blue Nile and they’ve offered to fix it. Very happy with experience overall.
