To be honest- We visited the store right before new years and looked at the same ring that was purchased in February. The sales guy in ilIinois did not mention the sale was ending that night in late December. So, we missed out on the 50% off sale. I would say the sales people really should mention that when they see that a customer is really interested. But, in late January the 50% sale was on again. I was lucky to that the same ring was on sale and my bf purchased it for me. I love it and the diamond quality is amazing for the size. it is amazing. We might be in the market to purchase a 2 or 3 carat fancy yellow diamond in the future. If the price is right. NOT Lab created.

The initial order went great. I got my ring in a timely manner and there was communication through the whole process.
The resizing process has been very different.
I never received a notification that Blue Nile received my ring, nor has there ever been communication from the company about what to expect or how the process is going. I still have no idea, just looking at my account page, whether or not they received the ring I sent back or if there has been any progress made on resizing.
When I asked customer service about it, they were very rude and dismissive saying it could "take several weeks". Great. That was several weeks ago. I'd love an update eventually or just a refund to get a ring from somewhere else, as ultimately I'd really like to have the 800 dollar ring I paid for.
Please improve the resizing experience for customers. We're paying a lot of money and deserve some transparency.

The pendant is beautiful. However, when I first opened the box, I found the tiny chain hopelessly tangled in a huge knot! I tried and tried to untangle it, but finally had to break it. Thankfully I had another chain that worked well with it
