"Beautiful ring, quick service"

The website is easy to use when creating your ring. Lots of options to choose from. The only suggestion I would want to see Blue Nile make is when designing, it would be nice to see what the engagement and wedding band would look like together in the pictures before purchasing. I love my engagement ring, but not sure how it will look with the band that was recommended as they didn't show them together.

"Poor design and customer service. Likely will NOT use Blue Nile again."

Jump rings are just the right size that the bail gets stuck on the jump ring/clasp several times per day in such a way that the wearer needs assistance to get the necklace unstuck and remove it. The only solution offered was to return the whole necklace for at least 4-6 weeks to determine if it was a manufacturing flaw. If the necklace was manufactured to spec, then the only remedy offered was to return it and purchase something else. Instead, I had to take it to a local jeweler and spend $100 to have them replace the jump rings with larger ones to eliminate this design problem. Will likely not purchase again from Blue Nile due to the design issue and the poor customer service interactions I had in trying to communicate and solve the problem.

Great service and amazing value for money. Only problem I ran into was UPS poor and slow processing with UK Customs, but this is not the fault of the seller and they tried to assist best they could

"Engagement ring purchase"

The website was a little difficult to navigate, but once we chose our ring the process was easy and fast, the delivery was smooth with excellent communication on delivery status and the product is excellent. We are very happy.

"Service experience is lacking - disappointed customer "

My buying experience was fantastic, but the service/resizing has been underwhelming. After creating a service ticket, the item is shipped, and no additional communication is provided. The customer hasn't provided information about when the ring arrives at your facility (I suppose this can be assumed based on the tracking number), there is no communication about the repair status or timeline of when the repair is estimated to be completed, and the customer service staff lacks the system information to be helpful. It has been nearly four weeks since my item was received at the facility, and I'm in the dark about when it will be returned. This is pretty disappointing, leaving me feeling like Blue Nile only values a sale, with customer satisfaction second.

"Chain broke 1st day it was gifted"

Chain broke 1st day it was gifted, now been almost 3 weeks now waiting for replacement after being received back on 2/4. Disappointing turn-around considering 1st one arrived 2 days after order. Been a customer for almost 20yrs now after purchasing a $10K+ engagement ring back in 2008.

"Worst Experience "

Visited a Blue Nile store in Newport Beach CA and was extremely disappointed as they had no selection of men’s wedding bands to view. MDe a virtual appt and again, they didn’t have any stock to show us. At the recommendation of the virtual appt agent, we ordered two styles in two sizes as we were told we could return the unwanted rings. Called a week later and was told the order was canceled even though my credit card approved the purchase. Credit card then showed the order was canceled by the merchant. Called BN and asked what happened and they stated the order was cancelled by them and if I wanted to place another order they would only accept a wire transfer??!! Worst company to deal with andy very poor customer service. Thanks for ruining our wedding ring purchase. Stay away.
