"Beautiful ring, poor quality control and service response"
I bought a diamond engagement ring, the order was delivered 2.5 weeks later as promised. The ring is beautiful but they did not engrave the inscription as indicated in the order. I reached out their support team and they apologized and said that I need to send it back for service to get the inscription added but that it will take 4 to 6 weeks! Well beyond my engagement date. So much for the quality inspection and the poor response, disappointing after spending thousands of dollars....

"Broken ring, customer service unwilling to replace or repair"
I purchased a blue nile wedding band and everything went well until a few weeks in when it got scratched. It’s a tungsten band, but I figured I’d live with it. Then after only having the ring for three years it has cracked. There was a lifetime guarantee when I bought the band and free repairs. Blue Nile is unable to honor either of those commitments. I am severely disappointed in their customer service and the quality of the ring. They no longer sell the particular band on the website, so I assume they realized it was a flawed product—which I hate to say because it’s my wedding band and has a great deal of sentimental value for me.

Scamming system.
Items quality is very poor, their taxes estimate are off by 100/150 %, so when you buy with them from overseas considere a x2 at least of their tax estimate.
Costumer service rude and useless, they find excusers and circumstances to do not accept returns.

I am quite surprised to read so many negative reviews because I have nothing but good things to say about bluenile. I purchased a beautiful 3 stone diamond ring from them 10 years ago and recently decided to resize it. I spoke with bluenile who helped me ship it back to them and my ring was returned within one week, Sparkling like new again. Quite often we get good service before you buy but I'm very happy to report I received excellent service a decade later too. Thank you

I purchased a necklace from Blue nile for my wife at Christmas 2023.The hidden charges I received after paying my invoice online through a FedEx delivery and import taxes also other charges not mentioned to myself the CUSTOMER.
NOTE: I NOTICED MY ONLINE INVOICE SAID, NO Taxes '0', NO DELIVERY CHARGES '0'& BALANCE DUE £0.00.
HOW MISLEADING CAN ONE BE.ONLY TO LET THE FEDEX DELIVERY GIVE YOU AN EXTRA BILL FOR OVER A HUNDRED POUNDS'. TWO DISHONEST COMPANIES HAND IN HAND WORKING TOGETHER AGAINST THE CUSTOMER.

"0 stars ! Don’t buy "
If there were 0 star’s available, I’ll will put 0. The customer service is horrible. I ordered my wedding band for shipping to Houston’s showroom. I’m from Mexico and they don’t ship Here, so I organized travels to Houston to pick up this very special piece before my wedding. When I get in the store I try the ring.. thr sizing it’s incorrect. They made a mistake. This I almost understand.. everything that happend after I don’t. It’s been 2 complete weeks since I was in the store and I don’t have an answer from you. I have paid a $2,000 dollar ring that it’s lost wherever without answer from blue Nile team. To make up the mistake they wanted to give me a ring “on time” without any warrany. How’s that even possible. If I were you I would never ever buy in this store. Not trust worthy at all and a really bad , beyond horrific customer experience.

I purchased a pair of earrings from Blue Nile. I never wore the earrings. I returned them exactly following their instructions. Blue Nile said that they received the earrings as damaged and refused to issue a refund. Blue Nile does not stand behind their return process or their products.

"For background"
For background, I ordered my wife's wedding ring from Blue Nile 10 years ago, which was beautiful. Fast forward to today. I ordered a ring for our anniversary. A week later and three days before our anniversary, I got an email stating the order was canceled. I spoke with a customer service rep, and was rude... was shocked by how rude the individual was as I thought I was being very tactful, especially considering the situation.
