"Excellent product, excellent customer service "

Everything about my experience with Blue Nile exceeded expectations. Ordering was easy, and customization was done extremely fast. I received a notification that the ring had shipped much quicker than I had expected. I had some issues with delivery (not due to Blue Nile, but due to local UPS), and Blue Nile customer service helped me through the ordeal. The same customer service representative helped me through the whole case, which was nice because she knew everything about the situation and kept me updated each step of the way. Upon receiving the ring, I was even more pleased than I had thought I would be! It is absolutely beautiful and the custom etching is of the highest quality. It looks even better in person than it did in the pictures on the website. Overall, I was very impressed by the entire experience.

We shopped around for a couple of months and couldn’t find exactly Walmart she wanted, until we heard about Blue Nile. She picked out the setting that she really liked and diamond as well. The rest was up to me. Overall the ring is absolutely perfect and she’s very satisfied!!! Highly recommend!!

The products from Blue Nile are amazing. I have bought several items from them. Living in Canada, I understand dealing with customs and duties. However, the only drawback is that Blue Nile does not have a reliable and cost-effective border broker to clear customs. My first order was a bracelet worth $1,330, and I paid $40 for brokerage. My second purchase was matching earrings for $201, and I was charged $75. If Blue Nile wants to sell to Canada, they need to address this issue.

"Sadly disappointing "

Found a great Mother’s Day sale and purchased a pair of lab grown diamond earrings. Was super excited to get them but was disappointed as soon as I opened the box. What caught my eye was that 1 prong looked like it was either too long or not seated properly as it seemed to stick out. They also didn’t sit in my ears nicely, which could have just been my ears for sure. The return process was really easy. Waiting for another sale as I’d like to order a platinum wedding band.

"Fantastic salesperson"

The salesperson that met with me and talked me through all the options was amazing. She was very attentive, but not demanding like others I had been to. She seemed very down to earth and wanted to know me and my girlfriend better rather than strictly talking business. Will absolutely be going back for the wedding ring!

Customer service was great and no issues with the process until it came to shipping. They ship ups to Canada needing a signature , all good except that you cannot pick up from an ups location it has to be to your home.
They don’t write BLUE NILE on the package but unless your wife is an idiot she’ll put it together when the duty slip says “ precious stone, jewelry etc” and when she see how much just to duty is. Way to ruin a surprise of a life time - ROOKIES
