Worst experience ever. I purchased this piece expecting quality. Apparently blue Nile was purchased by another company in the last few years and their quality has tanked. Give your business to local jewelers. My piece broke within 45 days of purchase(the clasp) if I didn’t notice it falling off my neck I would have lost it while doing errands. They refused to refund me as it was outside the 30 days(how convenient). I was gaslit in the store in San Jose informed that these things happen and it’s not out of the ordinary and since then have not gotten any useful response from support aside from, “we’re waiting for our team”. Quality pieces should not break and this is not normal.
