"Do not ship abroad"

I recently bought an engagement ring from here to be shipped to the UK. It arrived with very visible inclusion in the sapphire which no one really wants after spending a few thousand. I sent it back in the hopes of getting a new ring and after weeks wasted trying to sort out the return for the original, they sent me another ring from the leftover pile.

So of course I decide to give up and just ask for a refund as I clearly wasn't going to get something I could be happy with but I was refused this as it was past the refund period. How was I supposed to do this when it was stuck in customs longer than the refund period?

What's worse is I was charged twice for duty tax when I shouldn't have and was advised just to pay it and support would send me a form the fill out. Turns out they don't do this so I'm having to chase that up now when I didn't need to pay in the first place.

Overall, I've wasted thousands in money and weeks of pain with different supports teams and I'm left with a sad ring and a sad partner.

"I went to Garden State Plaza NJ store…"

I went to Garden State Plaza NJ store to purchase a diamond ring. The first day experience is fine, staffs are very friendly and helpful. However, I was instructed that I can use up to 3 cards to pay for the order and get refund after returning the diamonds which I don't want and I can assign the amount returned back to each card. I did so. However, it was refunded differently as I noted in the store. I complained online chat, the customer service Zoie said they cannot do anything to fix it, if I want to return the diamond I picked, he can help. I called the 800 number, the customer service said due to fraud and money laundry policy, they cannot fixt it. I don't understand, I spent my money and wanna refund the way I assigned, what is fraud, what is money laundry? I emailed the store staff who sold the diamond to me, she said sorry and with no solution. If I haven't been misled by the refund process, I will make separate orders and refund the ones I don't like to the cards I used. I understand that no one is perfect, but I don't accept that you wanna sell and misled the customer and then don't care attitude. Buying a diamond, for anyone is not spending small. We found Blue Nile and spent time to pick the one we love and then, leave with very upset impression. If I keep this diamond, I will think about this bad experience every time I wear it.

"Received necklace with yellowed chain"

Received necklace with yellowed chain even though it was intended to be white gold. I was trying to get this necklace in time for the birth of our child for my wife. I had to send it back and now it will take 6 weeks to get it returned back to me, long after our due date. I should have returned for a refund and bought local.

"Underwhelming Quality"

I was immediately shocked at the lack of quality. For a plain gold band I thought that it would be impeccable but it came with surface scratches, much lighter color than my other 14k yellow gold pieces, and the interior stamp did not match the images on the listing. It was all a bit underwhelming for a higher end site.

"BUYER BEWARE"

BUYER BEWARE! "Ship By" date on the product screen does not mean "Ship By", it means estimated shipping date. Also, I am not clear on what "in production" means, as a plain gold band has been "in production" for a week now. How is that possible? Of course, they take your money when the ring goes into production. Just called to get more information from their 24/7 support and they were able to provide me NONE. That is not support. Seems like a bit of deceptive business practice as well.
EDIT after Blue Nile Resonse: I have asked for a callback from a manager days ago and have heard nothing. The estimated shipping date changes every evening at 7pm. Will this go on for ever? They can provide me zero information. Feels as though they have stollen my money.
