El precio del transporte te lo muestran en el paso final. Pagué 9 euros por el transporte de una gafas de ciclismo. Necesitaba las gafas para una competición, las compré hace 10 días y no las he recibido todavía . Los consumidores pagamos un servicio por adelantado y después Ekoi se lava las manos, ya no es su responsabilidad, Ekoi dice, págame 9 euros que ya echo yo la culpa al transporte, no señores, son ustedes los que marcan el plazo en su propia página. No volveré a comprar aquí y por favor, no hagan caso ni a su aproximación de plazo de entrega

Fini les achats sur ekoï, retour sur des sites de vente en ligne sérieux.
Lorsqu’il y a ouverture du colis avant la réception, qu’il manque 2 paires de lunettes, le service client ne sert à rien.
C’est tout juste si au détour des mails ils ne vous traitent pas de voleurs…..
Dépôt de plainte effectuée, mais ne rêvons pas.

Eerste rit buiten temperatuur 7 graden met even lichte regen Direct natte en koude handen dan zijn mijn oude fleece handschoenen van 5 euro beter
Review ook op hun eigen site gegeven maar daar wordt hij niet geplaatst
Helaas voor mij nooit meer had de handschoenen met verwarming willen kopen maar dat laat ik dus

Top. Hab mir einen Fahrradhelm Corsa Light mit Magnetverschluss zugelegt.Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis schon echt sehr gut.Die Qualität übertrifft Augenscheinlich die meiner letzten Helme. Hatte vorher bell und Giro.
Die Lieferzeit von sechs Tagen aus France ist auch gut.
Wer erwartet das man eine Versandbestätigung per Email bekommt kann lange Warten. Alle relevanten Details, auch die zum Versand können im Angelegt Kundenkonto überprüft werden.
Alles in allem Top, gerne wieder.

"Unfair Markups for Non-French EU Customers!"
UPDATE: Ekoi just responded to my review admitting to the mark-up for non-french customers, but at the same time saying that a 20% hike in pricing is "fair" and claiming that it correspond to "increased cost" when dealing with orders to the rest of the EU. If that is truly the case they seriously need to look at their workflow. I still believe they were just hoping "to get away with it".

Wanted to buy a pair of gloves. They were listet at €99 but as soon as I logged in the prices went up to €120!!
When you browsing the website prices appear consistent with their advertised rates. However, as soon as the site detects you’re located in another EU country, prices at checkout increase by approximately 20%. So what? Am I being punished for not being French? Is that even legal in the EU??
After contacting Ekoi customer service, I was informed that this increase is due to sales tax differences. However, this explanation doesn’t make any sense. The VAT rate in Denmark is 25% - in France it is 20%. SO the difference is far less than the price difference customers are experiencing.
This pricing disparity appears excessive and lacks transparency, leaving non-French EU customers at a clear disadvantage. While it’s understandable that tax policies vary, the current approach seems disproportionate and inconsistent with fair pricing practices within the EU. Again - I wonder if that is even legal under EU regulation?
The gear they sell is good quality - but the pricing policy equals a one-star review.

Tengo un cambio de talla, ya envié el producto y después de una semana no tengo información ni nada. No sé si les ha llegado o no. Y tampoco tengo información de cuando tendré el reemplazo. Un cambio de talla y va por las dos semanas.

Ordered a set of gloves advertised as 60% off (whole site black friday discount). However having now researched reviews of products online to price check the prices have just been inflated site wide to lure you into the sense of a good deal. I'm sure the products are of good quality (waiting on delivery) but this is a highly dubious sales techniques. I'll be watching how the prices re calibrate to see if there are any breaches of consumer rights.... Hard to return now as I'll have to pay the import VAT which is hidden away on another page
