What made it great was their attention to detail and their approach to matching me up with the right property. I didn't feel rushed or pressured, and felt like I was getting a good deal.

Hyde and Rowe are not worthy of the 1 star that I have given them! I have been having problems with them for years.

They are always late with the rent. They tell a lot of lies. They don't acknowledge correspondences.

Hyde and Rowe were responsible for me almost losing a property last year. They didn't pay the rent increase or renew the contract. I asked them vacate the property but they wouldn't do that. They stumbled from one lie to another! I only managed to get control of my property when the tenant managed to find a home. Even then, they had no intention of returning my property but I had the locks changed before they moved anyone else in.

I have another property with them. My experiences are almost identical. I have been trying to get them out for over 2 years!

They don't acknowledge correspondences or pay rent increases. They are out of contract but they won't follow my instructions to vacate.

I have made numerous requests for them to vacate and have reluctantly issued a section 21 to them but they have ignored everything that I have done.

I now, have no alternative but to take them to court!

If you don't want my experience, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM
