I had two very large rugs made, they took a while to make but I am very happy with them.

FOLLOWING THE REVIEW, RUG COUTURE GOT IN TOUCH WITH ME AND OFFERED TO REPLACE THE RUG; THEY MADE A REPLACEMENT, DELIVERED IT AND COLLECTED THE FAULTY ONE. A SATISFACTORY OUTCOME IN THE END.
Disappointing quality for such an expensive rug and poor customer service resulted in us being stuck with a rug I cannot use on our wooden floor. The latex backing on the rug has several holes where it has frayed and the rug shows through. It had been our intention to move the rug on to our new oak flooring in May but I am reluctant to do this in case it damages the wood. I was told we could have a free remake following discussion with the manager and despite me requesting that the damaged rug be collected we have heard nothing further from the Natural Rug Store.

"If you are in a hurry"

If you are in a hurry, please look elsewhere. When we ordered I called to confirm the delivery time and was told 3 weeks. It is now 5 weeks and we have heard nothing. When I called, I was ask do you want me to chase. Now I am being told "should" be completed the end of next week and hopefully delivered the week after. 7 weeks+ for a door mat !

The rug arrived on time and exactly what I needed for a conservatory. Natural coir, extremely hard wearing and no deterioration from the sun light. Our last rug slowly fell to pieces over time.
Beautifully edged to finish off the look.

We did have a wait of about 4 weeks if I remember rightly as the border was oos. I was offered an alternative but decided to wait. It arrived just before Christmas & I am very pleased with the quality & the appearance. It goes well with our wooden floor, a casual rather than posh look which we like. They also included an anti slip mat for underneath even though I hadn't ordered it. I had the protective spray & to date there are no marks on the mat.
