I was able to purchase a bespoke rug, with my own particular dimensions. The company were reassuringly informative, from making the order, confirming it and arranging delivery of the product. The rug was packaged carefully, so it arrived safely and it was easy to install in my house.

Brought 3 rugs in different colours and for different rooms, all good quality and the products had been accurately represented on the web site so what arrived was as expected. The ability to order made to measure rugs so they fit exactly as needed is v. Useful. I don’t think the additional latex underlay is needed. The latex on the back of the rug holds the rug in place on vinyl room (hall), wooden floor (office), I worried it was stick to a slate floor (kitchen) and it does, meaning if ever needed to replace then lifting the latex underlay will need some significant cleaning of the sticky latex left on the floor. Still 5 stars through as the underlay was my choice. I personally wouldn’t risk underlay on a wood or vinyl floor and the rugs stay put without it anyway.
