nordicagolf is a company where everything goes wrong every time.
Ordered twice and the first time it took 2 weeks before I received my order. the second time I paid €6 extra for fast delivery between 2/3 days. However, it is not stated on the site that they also charge 48 hours of packing time and now I have to wait longer than a week even though I paid extra. this is pure cheating for extra money in my eyes. don't order here!! and if you then send an email you will receive a rude answer in return.

Ordered a replacement shaft for my driver.
Despatched the next day and arrived well boxed a couple of days later. Could not ask for more.

"4 months and no golf club!"
I ordered and paid for a club mid Feb. Still haven’t received the club. I have had no communication and they have stopped replying to my emails. Basically they have stolen £135 from me!

"Worst customer service ever"
Worst customer service ever! They sent me wrong product (wrong size impact screen and i have ordered right one, they just sent me wrong) and now they refuse to answer my emails or my calls!! How the f*** is this company still running??

"Refuses to communicate."
When i ordered the original item it was listed as being in stock and deliverable in approx 3 to 4 days.
Tracking suggested a certain date and i enquired further on this to be told the item was not actually in stock and might be a further 1 to 2 weeks.
At this point i asked for the order to be cancelled due to the delay. I did not receive a response and chased 2 more times. I have still not had a response.
This is disappointing and looking back at reviews there seems to be a theme of poor communication and inaccurate stock positions when selling to people.
Update. Approx 72 hours after the first request, the Co has responded and cancelled.

I ordered a wedge on 6th February and still haven't received it.
I am going to portugal soon to play golf so wanted the wedge before I went.
They have taken he money but no wedge.
Do not buy anything from this place they are useless.
