I was a bit apprehensive buying a car that I hadn’t seen but after an in depth call with Petya I completed my purchase and received my car within a couple of weeks. The service from start to finish was brilliant with updates from Diogo regarding delivery and I received follow up from Petya. I wouldn’t hesitate using Heycar again, they were great!

"Room for improvement "
This is a genuine review of my experience with HeyCar following my recent purchase of a Citroen EV. Most of the reviews on here seem to either be ridiculously gushing 5 star or scathing 1 star. My experience was smack bang in the middle.
Finding the car on the website and paying my deposit were easy enough. Contact was made the next day by Harkaran where we went through the finer details and I arranged to call back the next day to make the deposit payment. This was all straightforward with the relevant paperwork provided to me promptly. This is where things slowed down.
I made my payment on 30th Jan and then absolutely nothing happened until one week later on 6th Jan when I received confirmation that the payment to the dealer had been initiated. During this 7 days I attempted to chase this up many times, but contacting HeyCar by phone is absolutely impossible. No one answers the phone whatsoever. When selecting an option most times you're just transferred to a voicemail service that doesn't seem to be checked.
I took delivery of the car on 10th Jan which was ok, however due to delays faced by the delivery driver I didn't actually receive the car until after 8pm when it was dark, making any inspection difficult. It turns out the parcel shelf was missing from the vehicle. Luckily, the Citroen dealer have been helpful in getting this resolved and have had one delivered to my address. I say "luckily" because any after-sales service from HeyCar has been completely non-existent. In the two weeks since purchasing the car I've had absolutely no contact from Heycar, not even as much as a courtesy email or phone call to confirm I'd received the vehicle OK or advising me who to contact if I did have any issues. God knows what would've happened if there any more serious problems. It seems that after they've taken the money and provided delivery their interest in the sale ends .
Additionally, the terms of the cashback offer on their website aren't clear. It states that Cashback will be provided 14 days after purchase, but is this purchase date or delivery date? As it's been 25 days now since making payment and no cashback has been received as yet, however it's only been 2 weeks since delivery, so hopefully this will appear in the next few days.

the issues i had with the road tax and parcel shelf were dealt with quickly and efficiently it was easy to make contact to raise these issues and i am satisfied with the outcome and the issues being resolved by everyone involved

"As a first time driver"
As a first time driver, I had limited knowledge in what to check before and after buying a car. Since had no one to provide me inputs, I relied on heycar since it is well known in market and deal with cars not less than 8 years. And least to say it was a smooth process for me to find and get the car. Much thanks to Petya Nanova, who has helped me get over my dilemmas and responded with much clarifications. She gave me the confidence to trust as a first time buyer. I did faced few minor issues with car but both Heycar and the original dealer Sonny Adams has kept patience and provided me with right diagnosis and support. This is my first car and I am really satisfied with how my concerns were dealt with and finally closing them. If I ever decide to change my car, heycar will be my go to.

Got my car delivered today not happy came with one key also a warning light on dashboard, their response is typical expect me to run about for them when the car should not have arrived with a warning light and only one key. Nobody answered the phone today so after sending emails eventually got reply that was highly inappropriate. Would not recommend this company.

Petya and the admin team provided excellent service and feedback throughout the buying process. The delivery process was excellent too. All my questions were answered promptly by email. Definitely recommend them, and it made it so much easier that travelling long distances to the dealer.

Bought Ford Kuga titaniumn edition through heycar, excellent from start to finish , delivered to me within 14 days at a time and day that suited me , also free delivery from Ford's colchester that I have to say we're excellent and 2 weeks later had my £200.00 cashback, brilliant service from all I spoke to , would definitely use again, also very happy with my new car.
