Would recommend site, sale went through quick, but left hanging for updates. Best contact through email, but phone number seldom answered.

"Good but with no ownership of the end to end process"
The process to buy the car online was relatively simple and communications from heycar were clear.
However, the vehicle delivery was delayed by a day - with the only notice being the morning it was due to be delivered. It was also delivered with a flat front right tire that required immediate attention and a rapid search for a tire shop.
The delivery driver just shrugged his shoulders and said ‘I’m just paid to deliver the vehicle’ and walked off.

Heycar provides terrible service -- they advertise for giving you a quick turnaround, then say that you'll probably get the car in 2 -3 weeks, and for now, almost 3 weeks have passed, and I don't even know when the ETA of the car is and their not responsive to the requests.
You'll have to wait for a long time if you want to get a car from them.

As new to buying a car online I was unsure of the end to end (E2E) process and unaware of what documents needed signing and timelines. I would say the E2E processes followed by Heycar and the dealership had been clearly defined and followed. I would have no hesitation in buying a car this way again now I am familiar with doing so. I found all contacts were polite and willing to explain / offer advice when asked. The car was delivered without problems and there have been no issues to date.

Very pleased with the service from heycar, real plus was feee delivery plus £200 cash back. The car was 180 miles away so made perfect sense as it was the car I wanted. Was kept informed throughout and arranged a delivery date and time that was convenient. The driver was prompt too!

A reservation fee of £100 was paid to heycar ,as I was considering buying a vehicle from Thurlo nun in Norwich I didn’t buy it & the monies have not been reimbursed, it’s been 3 weeks now Do you ( (Heycar )normally treat all your customers with a 3 week + wait to receive back into there account a deposit. I would expect you to honour your trading by standards by promptly paying customers back what is owed Mr Stafford Norwich
