I had the pleasure of dealing with Guled once I ordered my car. He got the car delivered in quite a tight timescale (I needed it in 4 days and he managed to pull it off!).
His communication was fab - firstly he is part of the 5 star review.
2ndly, the aftercare was top. I read some reviews about the 30 day free insurance being a scam. It isn't, I got the 30 days free which saved me around £60 in switching the car to my current policy. Relative easy to do online (although remember to cancel it ;) it does tell you, I did forget, however managed to solve it!)
Finally, this is a good bad good part. The car came with a scratch. Its a 2 year old car so anticipated some scraps, however this one was pretty bad. HeyCar (thanks to Guled again) got this sorted. A chap came along, did the work and fixed it in about an hour, the only thing I had to do was offer a coffee and give access to a plug socket. Great work overall.
Would recommend this company, and have already suggested to friends who are in the market for a car.

Really helped me sort my car out and get it to me for my disabled daughters appointment. Definitely glad I went for heycar, and the 12 month warranty really helped put my mind at ease. All the team was super friendly, even when I was anxious about being able to get my daughter to her appointment.
Update: Sadly by the third day I had the car there was an issue with the alarm. I called heycar after trying to sort it out with the warranty company, and I have been so amazingly surprised with how quickly and how much heycar helped me sort the issue out, I rung them ready to hand back the car on Tuesday and now it's Friday of the same week and it's fixed and I have been reimbursed for the hire car and work on the car in a matter of hours! Thank you for all the support I have and continuing to receive from heycar as they are going to check in to make sure the issue is completely sorted!
