Brilliant customer service and quick turn around. My only quibble was not having an interface on the webpage for the deposit, but rather needing to go into my bank for the first time in years to arrange the transfer.

We booked Heycars to takes us to JFK from our holiday rental in 75th Street West NY. They text me the day before to confirm pick up and time, and arrived 5 mins early to load cases. Driver was exceptional very helpful and great driving skills, will definitely use them again in the future and would absolutely recommend them. We will in fact book them also for collection from
Airport going forward as NY taxis won’t take 4 people at the moment, max is 3 due to covid rules, and we had to then get two cabs as no Uber available. Heycars is the way forward for us!

Stumbled across Heycar after provisionally reserving a vehicle with Cazoo and checking I was getting best value.

A sales consultant called Mo contacted me, and to my surprise it was not a typical sales call. Mo helped me select the perfect car at a great price, I even managed to secure a higher spec (Fiesta ST-X) for the same price as I was going to pay Cazoo for a standard ST. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Thanks Mo and Heycar for a brilliant service.

"AWFUL"

Paid almost 20k for a car which still hasn’t arrived! Was told would come on Thursday arvo, took afternoon off and organised my kids to be collected by someone else- didn’t arrive and nobody contacted me. Chased them multiple time- “I’ll contact the admin team and get back to you”- no one got back to me. Husband had to pay to rent a car over the weekend as we needed it for the weekend.

Monday I call AGAIN - “somebody will get back to you” no one calls but do get an email saying will be delivered today PM so took the afternoon off work again (missing out on pay)!

NO CAR and it’s 7pm- I called at 5.45 was told “I’ll contact delivery team and somebody would get back to me” nobody did called 20mins later and they’re closed!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HEYCAR!
