"Being ignored once they have your money"
The process is not as simple as they say. The car was delivered at night so I was unable to check it properly. The delivery driver said the second key would be posted too me. When it didn’t arrive I sent an email to the hey car contact but as yet I have been ignored. Buying a second hand car without the ability to negotiate is okay if you can trust that everything you are told is true. I’m not sure heycar understand that.

From first enquiry to delivery , everything was handled efficiently and effectively and never having bought a car this way before was slightly apprehensive. But would definitely use this company again .

I had never bought a car online before so I was fairly anxious about it. However I needn't have worried. The whole process was very smooth. I was able to speak to the dealer before I ordered the car and once I had submitted my order, Mobeen dealt with everything very speedily and efficiently. There was a slight problem with a mistake on the delivery email but this was rectified quickly. Communication at all times was excellent. The car arrived within a week. I would definitely use Heycar again.

I didnt buy a car in the end but the service was generally good and easy to use. Only reason for losing a star is that when i enquired it stated delivery was included but this turned out not to be the case. Follow up from Hey car was excellent.

"Heycar, Excellent Service and Great Offers"
Recently bought a car via an advert on Heycar. They have access to hundreds of dealers with competitive pricess. The website is very user friendly and easy to navigate. I agreed to buy a car from a dealer which was over 100 miles away. The dealer would not deliver due to their own policies although most dealers on the website offer delivery. Heycar agreed to reimburse my travel costs to the dealer which were about £90. They also offered the prepaid fuel card which I received shortly after completing the purchase. I would like to acknowledge one of the Heycar Advisers " Aysha Begum" who was very helpful throughout the process. We will be looking to change both mine and my wife's cars over the next 12 months and will definitely be dealing with Heycar.

The Sales person Mobeen Mohamed was a pleasure to deal with and made everything so straightforward to buy my new car which I love. There was a small glitch re delivery but Joanne Chalcroft and Mobeen more than sorted this very quickly and I have had excellent after sales care with Joanne so thank you both. "Poor service all around"
Poor service by chat and phone Resulting in cars being sold.
Whole point of recommend a car service is that "it takes away the hassle". Did not recommend my vehicle even through it fit thr criteria and therefore did not honour fuel card promotion even though the dealer documented it as a heycar enquiry sale.
Extremely inadequate service with a standard response without answering my questions.
A member of our team will contact you?? That's half my problem that when they do contact me they don't answer my questions in full and constantly ask to repeat myself. I have offered to have a phone conversation on numerous occasions just so it can be resolved once and all, yet they fail to take up my offer. Shambles and sheer incompetence
