"More Cons than Pros"

Pros - free delivery, £250 off purchase price, ‘alleged’ years warranty.

Cons - very slow process, not seeing the car before buying, having to constantly call them to find out what’s happening etc, communication very poor. I have had the car weeks now and still not received confirmation of my warranty. I had to call them again and was told the warranty would be emailed to me ….. they didn’t even ask who I was …🤷‍♀️ Needless to say, still waiting. Could be great if they sorted the comms out.

After have done a good review to heycar, that I deleted, I'm now very disappointed, I explained:
Tried to buy an hybrid car, several times referred it to the operator and only when doing the road tax I discovered that the vehicle was a petrol, of course I cancelled the operation, second car, mild hybrid delivered to me on the 21st October and on the 28th October when driving it for the first time the car that was rolling around 60miles per hour on M40 does a strong noise and in seconds the engine stopped in risk me and my family with the plenty of trafficon the motorway, a car with less then 8000 miles and less then an year, today 05th November I still waiting for them to collect the car and refund me my money, 3th time today tried to buy the 3th car, sending emails, doing several calls trying to speak with the person that contacted me yesterday evening time saying the after sales department asked him to deal with me on the best possible way, he did, ignoring my emails that I sent in the morning or my calls when colleagues of him saying that he was on the phone. Enough is enough.

"Terrible aftersales"

12 days since I took delivery and still waiting details of the supposed 12 month waranty. I have sent 3 emails regarding this and no reply.

This company obviously doesn't believe in customer service and communication

Very poor communication after I had purchased the vehicle. Had to threaten to cancel before delivery was confirmed. I was promised 1 monthfree car insurance. But was unable to login. Promised a 12 month warranty. Have emailed customer services, again. No response. Very poor. Will not be using again

After a really bad initial experience and poor communication. I was able to purchase a vehicle with the help of Anthony from heycar. He did go out of his way to help even working in his day off.

Still can only give 4 stars just because of my initial experience. But would use again thanks to Anthony's customer service.
