I bought a 3 year old Skoda through Heycar.
When the car arrived from the garage it was in fine condition but had one problem.
Heycar could not have been more helpful. The girl Sophie on the phone was polite and pleasant. They immediately arranged for me to go to a local dealer in Chelmsford to have the problem fixed. All my expenses were covered.
I would highly recommend them for there honesty and service, and their efficiency with any cas or emails.

"Terrible after sales service!"

The car was great but the after sales service is terrible. I still haven’t received my v5c logbook, got an insurance document along with a car for 6 months while it was meant to be 12 months. There were scratches on the car which heycar agreed to fix but it took over a month just to have an appointment scheduled(for two weeks from now) with the garage. There is zero proactiveness from the after sales team. What started off as a positive experience has turned sour over these last few weeks. Wouldn’t use them again

Service was exceptional, constantly updating on the progress of the sale and easy to complete everything online.
What could be improved are more details on the condition of the car, as you only see it for the first time on delivery there needs to be a very very detailed photo deck of all damages, scratches both internally and externally.
