"Brilliant customer service"

I was a little sceptical to try a new firm, but I have been incredibly impressed by HeyCar's service. The car was delivered on time, with plenty of communication on progress. Unfortunately, do to an issue with the car (due to the dealer, outside of HeyCar's control), we had to return the car. The car was collected and we were fully refunded immediately. Joanne, from HeyCar, was so helpful and efficient throughout the entire process.

"Great experience buying my car from…amazing experience "

Great experience buying my car from heycar. As soon as proceedings started Henor starting engaging with me keeping me up to date on all the progress. Once the payments had all been completed Isabel took over and was a true professional answering every question and reassuring me. Finally the car arrived and I have to say I was more than happy with it. Fantastic savings on the car free delivery even though the car was 200+ miles away.
Couldn’t be happier and more than satisfied with Henor and Isabel for the work communications they gave. Fantastic job all around.

"When it goes wrong…"

From their high number of positive reviews they must get it right most of the time, however when it goes wrong they struggle to put things right in a timely fashion and when that involves thousands of pounds, are you prepared to take that risk? When 6% of reviewers give them the lowest possible score and they are handling thousands of pounds of your money, are you prepared to use a company you can’t trust?
As others have reported the sale appeared to be progressing smoothly, I had paid the deposit and the balance for the car only to be told 48 hours later, despite having conformation from Harkaran Heer that he had spoken to the dealer, that the car had been sold to someone else. I understand mistakes happen but the measure of a good company is how they sort the problem. To be told repeatedly that it would take between 3 and 5 business days for the money to be returned is frankly not good enough. The sales team work hard 7 days a week and will happily phone and chase leads on Saturdays and Sundays, the other departments clearly don’t work the same way and are very difficult to speak to.
I would expect a good company to be bending over backwards to return money that doesn’t belong to them.

"Excellent way to buy your next car."

My first time using Heycars to buy a car and would highly recommend them.
The process was easy and straightforward, they delivered the car over 350 miles for free and we expect to receive the cash back offer soon.
There is nothing negative to say, I had a great, positive experience.

"Great all round"

After deciding which car I wanted and viewing several at local dealers, I decided to try hey car as it offered significant savings, including extra specifically for veterans. I was apprehensive buying a car without seeing it, but was reassured by the no questions ask money back guarantee. Sales rep Harkaran Heer was responsive and helpful through out. When it came to paying I was pretty anxious as my online bank flagged up the various red flags that might suggest the sale was bogus (high value, insisting on bank transfer, never having seen the product etc). But the Sale went off without a hitch. The car arrived as planned and was in better condition than those seen locally. We got what we wanted for much cheaper than we could have got locally.
