I found the car I wanted at a great price. I have never bought a car online before but I found the whole experience efficient and easy,from receiving a phone call to explain the whole process, to receiving regular emails to keep me updated.

I recently purchased a car online through Heycar, and the experience was excellent overall. Communication was good—email was the best way to get in touch, as their responses were quick and clear. While the phone service was friendly and professional, I found email to be more efficient for detailed enquiries.

The dealer the car came from, MG Perth, was also brilliant. Their communication was fantastic, and the conversations were always friendly. The car arrived in immaculate condition, exactly as described.

Being part of Volkswagen gave me extra confidence in the process, and everything was well-organised. Payment was straightforward, with a receipt arriving promptly. The free delivery was a nice touch, even though the driver had a long journey from Scotland to the Midlands. Despite the long drive, they remained very professional and made sure everything was in order.

All in all, I’m really happy with Heycar and MG Perth, and I hope that the £300 cashback HeyCar mentioned materialises! Would definitely recommend them to others.
