Was looking to buy an electric car online as there was limited choice in our area of Scotland. Heycar had a good selection and the free delivery was of great appeal. First time buying online but heycar made experience painless. Excellent customer service, after initial deposit paid spoke to Henor who went through the process (even checked to see if an electric car would work for me). Was kept well informed during the process and a week later I had my car driven to my door. Very happy and would definitely recommend and use again.

The same car on other sites would have worked out more expensive as the include delivery and a cash back offer. I'm now planning to get a second car from them.

The overall result was I bought a very low mileage pre registered car at a fantastic discount £32000,Although Karan and Keenan were very polite and helpful on the occasions I eventually got through on the phone usually after dozens of times calling only to get an answerphone service I bought the car The e Mail and telephone systems could do with a review a very common customer complaint about Heycar I understand .The biggest downside to my transaction was I felt I was overly pressured by the sales dept to part with all the money as soon as I had paid my £99 deposit making me feel very harassed and uncomfortable even putting my credibility in question even though I had advised payment would take four days, because of this I nearly cancelled the transactionThe overall process became very stressful and I felt main dealers to be more professional and have far better communication.Liz from admin was brilliant arranging delivery and follow up and clarifying additional enquiries a very efficient lady a big plus for Heycar in my opinion Kris, the delivery driver was also very professional and polite The vehicle itself so far is great even better than expected and I am teaching myself how all the complicated Tech works
