Recently wanted to purchase a Skoda Karoq and was advised by the selling dealer to do so via Heycar.
Great experience - Finance rate was lower than main dealer rate and free delivery plus cash back included.
10 day change your mind protection a definite bonus on a long distance purchase (which this was).
I was looked after by Kenan at Heycar and his laid back, helpful approach was suberb - none of the usual high pressue tactics employed by a dealer.
I did not realise that Heycar offered the incentives they clearly do so would use them again providing you know what car you want and how it drives- I would not personally buy a car untried but I guess many would.

Well organised team, Karan, Liz, Joanne, Isabelle were very professional and understanding. They sorted out any questions I had quickly and effectively. Even though the sale never went through, they responded by going above and beyond to refund my money. They do take all the stress out of car buying, I will definitely recommend and them use again. It's so unusual these days to deal with such an efficient team who have great communication between each other. Thank you so much.
