I was made very welcome and left to my own devices when it came to test driving the car! Witch made the test drive a hole lot better for me as it dint make feel like I was being pressured to buy.. when and if I was to change my car in the coming years i definitely will browse Perry's to see what car they have to offer.

Heycar is a new sales platform for my husband and I and use it often whilst we are preparing to purchase a car that will suit us both.
Unfortunately though we do not always gain enough information on some of the vehicles as occasionally there are not many photos. We need to see how wide the front doors open as I have an arthritic knee and to be able to sit sideways and swing my legs in, has become an important factor for our car search.

Bought a car. Took 2 weeks to be delivered. Kept having to chase for a date. Got one. Then on the day there was a problem so they couldn’t deliver. Car did come. Key battery needed replaced, no A/C working, no air at all car just steamed up, parking break fault. All this after having been serviced and mot that week. Been over a week of chasing and still no paper work to show service was done. Had to take car to Audi to be fixed. So without a car again. Can’t get hold of anyone at heycar to deal with the problem so car has to stay at garage. Wouldn’t bother buying with them. Stick to local garage. Someone you can see and speak to

"Engine warning light straight away "
I’ve been given a car delivered Wednesday21st aug , with an engine warning light on from delivery, called the company it came from and they said it’s hey car responsibility .
Most likely a faulty dpf and possibly also egr valve replacement. ( this could cost thousands worst case )
This was on wed 21st it now Friday 23rd still no reply as to what they plan to do.
Nothing worse than buying a new car and being disappointed.
