I was happy with my dealings with Heycar. The only issue I had was taxing my car once it had been delivered as it didnt come with a log book and the reference provided wouldnt work so I had to go to the post office and fill out a form. It would have been nice to know this in advance.

"I enquired about a part exchange"

I enquired about a part exchange after having such a negative experience with my car from numerous dealerships; however I got the pleasant surprise from one of the team members Diogo at heycar! He had so much patience to explain everything in great detail! I am not the greatest when it comes to
Understanding cars but he was extremely profesional and friendly. He thought me through what a hp is vs a pcp! The difference between them and the financial side in great detail but very clear for me to understand. I’m a single mum to a baby that was making alor of noise in the background and instead of him getting frustrated ( just like the rest) he was making the conversation very relaxing and actually made me feel at ease and not to overwhelmed about it all.
Diogo has been such a great help by working around my schedule and he kept me updated even after our phone call about the part exchange; he told me all of my options and it really felt like he wanted the best out of this sticky situation I was in with my car. He understood my circumstances and unlike other companies he didn’t pressure me into swapping into something inconvenient!
By all means I am extremely satisfied with the customer service and the professionalism!

I wish I could sing praises about my experience, but it seems I’ve entered a frustrating episode of "Waiting for Response" after purchasing my white BMW 4 Series three years ago. Initially, the excitement of owning this stunning car was palpable—but that enthusiasm quickly diminished when trying to navigate their after-sales service.

I’ve sent five emails and made three phone calls, all in pursuit of a settlement figure, but all I’ve received in return is radio silence. You’d think in today’s fast-paced world, it wouldn’t be such a stretch to expect a timely follow-up—and yet, here I remain, wondering if my inquiries have actually reached anyone at all.

But that’s not the end of my woes. When I took delivery of the car, I noticed two small dents and notified the dealership immediately. It’s now three years later, and any hope of that being addressed has vanished into thin air. My emails went unacknowledged, and my phone calls seem to disappear into a void. The support I received was practically non-existent, leaving me counting my own frustrations instead of the benefits of my luxury vehicle.

All in all, the car itself is a dream to drive, but the after-sales support leaves so much to be desired. At this point, I can confidently say I will explore other options in the future. I wouldn’t want anyone to experience what I have gone through, so I’d recommend seeking out a dealership that values communication and truly stands behind their brand. Disappointed doesn’t even begin to cover it.
