Once they have your money they loose interest...i have tried for several days to ring no one ever answers you only ever get an answer machine which they dont answer they also dont answer emails i have sent several and 3 days later have not recieved a response...they say in there advert stress free ITS NOT!
Its making me wonder if its a Scam?

The staff are so helpful I didn't feel pressured to make a decision on my car I was given time to go and look round as many times as I wanted .Once I decided to take the car I was kept updated on what was going to happen next they explained about the extra covers that were available but again I didn't feel pressured to add them on I only took the one's that I wanted overall a good experience

"Mixed service from HeyCar with two different purchases."
I have mixed feelings about HeyCar based on two different experiences recently.
I received two cars from HeyCar, first time around the service was good but the car poor. I appreciated the 10 days to assess and return the car and felt the no quibble return really useful.
Second time around, the car was good but the service very poor:
The car took c2 weeks to arrive from me placing payment.
After rushing through to get the finance transferred, I definitely then felt less of a priority.
It was very difficult to get an update on when it would happen, i was often told someone else was doing something. Each time i had to chase for an update.
I worked with HeyCar but also received comms from the garage selling the car, they required a lot of additional information on the day the car was released, this was all information I had already provided to HeyCar.
I know the latter service was impacted by staff holidays but as a customer it left me in a frustrated position.
I think I would very likely use the service again though Id be mindful of timeframes.

Great dedicated team. Got all my questions answered within hours of asking. Didn't have any problems at all with them. Great service, as they can get you a cer from the other side of the country.

I had a great experience buying through Heycar. The process was really simple and quick. Karan was super helpful during the sale period and I was kept well informed about delivery. I will definitely use Heycar again, when we go to renew my wife's car.
