I liked the ease of using the website/Heycar and to view the site for the relevant car i was looking for.
I disliked the email the next day after reserving the car for £99 asking what I was doing about the car as you now had a third party interested in the car. After cancelling my reservation deposit the next day I received a curt reply, no thoughtful reply or hope we can be of service for you in the future. Just a short 1 line reply, not very encouraging for me or anyone else who receives a similar response. Kind Regards

I would implore anyone to NEVER EVER go near this sham of an organisation.
The lies told to take honest people's money is in violation of Trading Standards, ASA and the The Motor Ombudsman. All of which I shall be logging complaints with.
My 2yr old SUV arrived with a warning light on the dashboard and a faulty back door and multiple scratches.
I was originally told my car would be delivered by 4:00pm. It arrived after 8:00pm making it impossible to check the bodywork.
Their scam of delivering it in the dark couldn't hide the warning light of a faulty boot on the dash though and when I questioned this, I was simply told the dealership it was collected from said I'd just have to take to a local dealership "but it's OK because it's still under manufacture warranty". The soonest my nearest dealership could look at this was over three weeks away, long past the money back window offered by Heycar which they refused to extend.
The only choice offered to me was the car collected and my money returned which would have left me without any car until a new one could be arranged which would be impractical.
Heycar claim all their partners are reputable and all cars are thoroughly checked - the fact my car was delivered with a fault flashing on the dash proves this is a lie.
Whilst my other complaints (incompetent delivery timing, faulty back door) could be weaselled out of, there's no explanation for the dash warning light/inoperable boot which I insisted was noted on the handover paperwork.
It is illegal to advertise a service which is not offered.

The initial buyer process was good.Efficient communication and payment arrangement.Schedule for delivery and actual delivery on time.
Vehicle had faults due to supplying dealer Stebbings car supermarket's poor preparation. Issues raised with Heycar. It seems that Heycar can't or don't want to resolve with supplying dealer.Now left to me to sort out.
