Communication poor after they got the money for the car upfront
Waited in for car last friday
Two and a half hours after scheduled delivery said they could not deliver the car due to warning light on engine which the driver had pointed out in the am as delivery was due at 1pm and would need to be checked in the nearest citroen garage
Requested refund as did not like the sound of engine issues and also their indifference of keeping me waiting in all afternoon knowing full well the car was not coming
No reply to email sent friday afternoon and still no reply to email today as to when i can expect my money back
Did tell them I needed to purchase another car asap and wanted refund promptly due to return of lease car

After seeing a car I was interested in on the Heycar site I applied for a personal video, to which I received from the company owning the vehicle telling me that unfortunately the vehicle was no longer available.
When Heycar rang me to ask if I'd bought the vehicle, I told them it wasn't available anymore, their reply was oh I'm sorry to hear about that, but sometimes that happens where the garage owner is slow to update them of the sale. The same car was still on the Heycar site at least a week after me informing Heycar it was no longer available

A very easy process using the Hey Car website. I paid the deposit and settled the balance within 3 days. The car was then delivered from Bristol to Glasgow for FREE. The handover was smooth and the driver Andrew was very friendly.
We had some issues with the car which were caused by Wessex Garages not completing the service as previously suggested, nothing to do with Hey Car. Joanne Chalcraft, aftersales executive with Hey Car was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we could service the car locally, complete the necessary repairs and reimburse me within 5 days.
She also extended the 14 day period to 28 days to allow me to drive the car after the repairs and be 100% sure we were happy to keep the car.
Joanne, you are a superstar!!! The reputation of Hey Car is in the hands of each and every individual in the business and Joanne enhanced it in our eyes. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
