Very helpful and professional service. I personally had issues with my bank authorising the bank transfer. If you could pay by card the bank can assure it but advise against bank transfers for that amount also they want you to physically be stood with the car prior to purchase. In my case the
car was geographically the other end of the country and the liason with the bank was getting too difficult after they wanted me to visit the car first. I then contacted the dealer to confirm the car was genuine and my deposit to hey car was confirmed. I was meant to receive a video of the car from the dealer, this I could use as evidence of the vehicle for the bank. The video never materialised so I pulled the plug as it was getting too difficult and time consuming. I then contacted the dealer direct arranged a visit, put a deposit on the same car and now have to make a 2 day trip to look, drive test and purchase. The issue with my purchase was my bank being cautious with purchasing on line. I'm thankful to the bank for looking after my interests of which the team at Hey car fully understood and were very understanding and immediately gave a refund of the deposit. I Would recommend heycar as it could save you a 2 day excursion to buy a vehicle that you really don't need.
